QuakeNotch Software License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Oğuzhan Eroğlu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QuakeNotch software.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute this software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Use the software for commercial purposes without explicit permission
• Share your license key with others

3. Ownership

This software is proprietary and confidential. Oğuzhan Eroğlu retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the author be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the use of this software.
